After his first tattoo at the age of 16, Jeff was addicted, the only thing preventing his involvement in the industry was his MASSIVE inability to draw.

So in 2008 Jeff, with a few good friends on board, launched State Of Art, and took up body piercing. Since then he has never looked back, always up for putting holes in people, with great pride for all the work he does.

JOE PHILLIPS

Joe has been tattooing for 5 years, working in all styles, from black and grey realism, through to high-colour new school stuff. Having recently worked in the Channel Islands along side some amazing artists, Joe is loving work at the moment and is well up for getting some class work done while at State of Art. .

JACK LEWIS

At the ripe age of 25, Jack has been tattooing since early 2009. With his favourite style being black and grey, Jack has been quick to make a name for himself as a quality artist.
